Description

The United States Special Operations Command, Technology Application Contracting Office, has a requirement to procurement seven each Crashworthy Fuel Systems, P/N: HM0-027-001-BSC; seven each 3-way valves, P/N HM012-100-21; and seven each Goliath Fuel Tank Systems, P/N HM016-001-400. The Government intends to award a contract for these commercial items to Robertson Aviation, 800 W. Carver Road, Suite 101, Tempe, AZ 85284-5264 on a sole source basis. Robertson is the sole developer and manufacturer of the requested items, and retains all proprietary data. The delivery point and schedule will be determined prior to award. FOB and Acceptance/Inspection is at origin by a Government quality assurance representative (QAR). The point of contact for this acquisition is Shirley Powell, (757) 878-5223, ext. 248.
