- This is a synopsis of a requirement for commercial services. This is request for quotation (RFQ) number HSCG80-06-Q-3FAJ41. The acquisition is for DOCKSIDE repairs to the USCGC DECISIVE (WMEC-629), a 210 Foot B Class Medium Endurance cutter. The NAICS code is 336611 and the size standard is 1000 employees. The requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, services, and competence to (1) Refurbish plenum room, (2) Refurbish starboard fan room and renew chill water and humidity controls/sensors, and (3) Overhaul vaneaxial fan and motor assembly. Place of Performance is the cutters homeport of Naval Station Pascagoula Singing River Island, Pascagoula, MS. Performance period is twenty-six (26) calendar days with a start date on or about 22 May 2006. RFQ and specifications to be available electronically on/before 26 April 2006. The government will award a purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and technically acceptable.
