Description: The 38 EIG/PKK intends to procure on a sole source basis local telephone service for the following Air Force location: Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex AL. The intended contractor is BELLSOUTH BUSINESS SYSTEMS INC. BELLSOUTH BUSINESS SYSTEMS INC shall provide all or part of the services at the location listed above: (1) Emergency 911 Service. The period of performance will be five years from the date of contract award. The primary place of performance will be at the sites listed above. These sole source acquisitions are justified under 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). The Government intends to issue a Communication Service Authorization (CSA) for the site listed above.
