- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-08 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 2006-03-21. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3661 and the size standard is 1000 employees. NAICS is 334210. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (the award will be less than $100,000) will be followed.
