Description

Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work in accordance with the specifications and drawings, specified herein, or as needed to fully complete Alteration of the 2nd Floor XP Facility, Building 90802 at Hurlburt Field. The alterations include, but are not limited to, related civil work, metal deck/concrete topping, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, finish hardware, interior gypsum board partitions, masonry, acoustical ceiling, carpet painting, metal stairs and handrails, cabinetry, plumbing, hydraulic elevator, fire protection, HVAC, electrical, and other incidental work as may be necessary to make the facility operational. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with the contract documents. A site visit will be scheduled approximately 15 days from the solicitation issue date. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet at the following address: http://www.fbo.gov/. When the solicitation is posted, it can be viewed by going to the FEDBIZOPPS web site, FEDBIZOPPS for Vendors, USAF Offices, Air Force Special Operations Command-Locations, 16th Contracting Squadron. No hard copies of specifications or drawings will be provided.
