Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION ISSUED. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-25, Defense Change Notice (DCN 20031122 and Air Force Acquisition). This solicitation is reserved for local business, however, the Government shall accept all proposals. In the event of insufficient local business participation, award will be made to the offeror that is most advantageous to the US Government. Quotes shall be valid for 60 calendar days. Item 0001 through 0004, ready mixed asphalt.
