The U.S. Geological Survey, Water Resources Division, Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility, Stennis Space Center, Ms has a requirement to make a competitive award via written request for quotation No. 06ERQQ0035 for (1) Acoustic Doppler Profiler (ADCP) Rio Grande 600 khz Rapid sampling current profiling device operated from a moving boat meeting the following specifications: 1200 kHz, high resolution modes, 30m maximum range, 0.75m minimum range. Includes transducer, beam angle 20 degrees, 4-beam convex, serial port selectable by switch for RS232, or RS422. ASCII or binary output at 1200-115,400 baud, internal memory, optional flash EPROM, +/- 0.025% velocity accuracy, velocity resolution lmm/s, range +/- 3m/s, +/-020M/maximum, temperature, tilt, compass sensors, operating temperature -5 to +45 degrees C WRD Stock #1115001 (2) Option mode 12 for high resolution water (3) Rio Grande 1200 khz Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) Rapid sampling current profiling device operated from a moving boat meeting the following specifications: 1200 kHz, high resolution modes, 30m maximum range, 0.75m minimum range.
