Description

The U.S. Government seeks to lease approximately 7,207 rentable square feet of space to yield 6,267 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space in West Palm Beach, FL within the following delineated area: North: Palm Beach Lakes Blvd.; East: N. and S. Flager Drive; South: Okeechobee and West: N. and S. Australian The Government requires a fully-serviced lease and adequate secured parking within 2 blocks of the offered space for 22 vehicles. Occupancy date is July 15, 2007 or earlier, if feasible. The required lease term is for 10 years, 5 years firm. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Lifesafety and Handicapped Accessibility. Unique Requirements: Space offered must be on the second floor or above and be in the same building and contiguous on the same floor; however, not the top floor. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agent must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building?s ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable. Include whether the site is located in a flood zone and if so, please indicate the type of zone. Roof antenna will be required. We plan to schedule your appointment for May 16, 2006.
