Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR currently does not have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Sampling and Testing IAW ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003. Requested delivery is 60 DARO. This NSN is not a critical application item, is not a commercial item, is a source control item, and is not a critical safety item as of 02/09/2006. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 320 ea for the base year and for each option year thereafter. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 80 ea for the base year only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
