See clauses (I09A01) 52.209-1 Qualification Requirements and (L17F34) 52.217-9G23 Restriction of Alternate Offers for Source Controlled Items. OEM is Lockheed Martin. No electronic bid submissions. DSCR does not have a technical data package nor can they approve alternate offers. Do not submit requests or data to DSCR. Award is anticipated of an Indefinite Quantity contract for a base plus four option years. Quantities will be cited in the solicitation. A guarantee applies to the base period only. Surge does not apply. FOB Origin, Origin inspection, Unrestricted Other Than Full and Open Competition. A subcontracting plan will be required from large business and should accompany the offer.
