Description

Firing Range Construction and Development. Work includes site development which includes target placement, service roads, filter fabric; walk-in foxholes, target backfill, seed, fertilize, mulch, corrugated metal pipe and erosion control materials. Construct control tower, which includes steel construction, concrete footing, reinforced steel placement, floor, windows, siding, worktable, insulation, stairway, and fence placement. Also includes electrical wiring, lights, PA system, lightning protectio n, poles, grounding, and aircraft warning lights. Contract type is a Firm Fixed Price. Period of performance is 150 calendar days. The estimated range for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS 238910 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $13 million.
