This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The NAICS for this action is 339112. These items are presently used in the Main Operating Room in conjunction with the Synthes T-PLIF System, and therefore must be compatible. This acquisition will be processed under Commercial Item Procedures of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 52.212-4 Commercial Terms and Conditions. Telephone inquiries or requests will not be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
