Description

The International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC), United States Section, intends to issue a service contract for the removal, testing, and disposal of sludge located at the Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant (NIWTP), Rio Rico, Arizona using commercial practice, Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 12. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform for the removal, disposal of sludge located in Partial Mix Lagoon (PML 4), estimated sludge volume is 19,800 cubic yards-wet. Removal and disposal of all sludge will be in accordance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit for the NIWTP, Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) regulations, and Aquifer Protection Permit. This is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562219 and the size standard is $10,500,000 million. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
