- Description
- The Government intends to award an Indefinite Quantity Contract for 57 each various NSNs, Prefabrication Structures and Scaffolding part numbered to Clamshell Structures Inc. Clamshell Structures Inc Cage Code is 0AMA6. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This acquisition is for an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract with a one (1) year base plus four (4) one (1) year term options. The unit of issue is each. The annual estimated quantity for this acquisition is 26,695 each. The North American Industrial Classification (NAIC) Code for these items is 326299. There will be a 90 day stocking up period, after that subsequent delivery will be made to CONUS location, except Alaska via Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD)and will consist of deliveries of 2 days for priority (01-03), 5 days for priority (04-08) and 12 days for priority (09-15). Anticipated issuance date for the solicitation is May 8, 2006. The solicitation will be for supplies which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data. To obtain technical qualification information, the offeror must contact Clamshell Structures Inc. All offerors shall indicate whether they are offering an "exact product," an "alternate product" (which includes a "previously reverse-engineered product"), a "superceding part number," or a "previously-approved product;" and shall furnish the data required for whichever is applicable. This solicitation will be evaluated by using the Low Price Technically Acceptable method. The anticipated award date is June 30, 2006. Please reference number note # 12 & 22.
