- MODIFICATION 01 - PNNL is currently modifying the solicitation method in order to better suit its needs. The requirements for IMPC Program support will be solicitated as multiple competitive procurements in order to fulfill PNNL's needs; however, PNNL does not anticipate that all RFPs will be issued concurrently. If you have submitted a notice to PNNL, and received a confirmation for obtaining a RFP, you will be notified when the RFPs are released. The RFPs will also be posted on PNNL's website at http://www.pnl.gov/contracts/solicitations/. ****************************************************** The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory operated by Battelle is seeking sources for program management and technical experts in support of the International Material Protection and Cooperation (IMPC) Prgrom, also referred to the Material Protection, Control and Accountability (MPC&A) Program. The project work scope to be performed includes implementation of nuclear nonproliferation activities primarily in the Russia Federation and other Former Soviet Union (FSU) countries, but may include other countries throughout the world. Areas of expertise related to nuclear nonproliferation sought include - project management, physical protection, material control and accounting (MC&A), protective forces, regulation development, and training implementation.
