Description

The 5th Contracting Squadron requires the Repair of the Electrical Loops in Military Family Housing at Minot AFB, ND. The work is 25% General and 75% electrical. The statement of magnitude is between $100,000 - $250,000. Performance Period is 120 days. Liquidated damages will be assessed for late performance. A 1-year warranty of construction is required. Project Solicitation, specifications, and drawings will be made available on or about 15 May 2006. The complete package will be made available only through the Internet: the address is http://www.fbo.gov./. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain his or her copy from the Internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on the Internet. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from the Internet to update the files. The North American Industry Classification System (NIACS) Code is: 238210, the small business size standard is $13,000,000 in average annual receipts for the past 3 years. This project will be solicited as full and open to both large and small businesses with the intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract; based on Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable.
