Description

Provide all plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to accomplish Project MIN 06-0157, Repair Pavements in accordance with the specification. Contract will be an IDIQ type contract. Terms will be a Base year and one option year. Work is 100% General. Water and electricity will be furnished by the Government. The work is not in a restricted area. Performance period will be specified on each delivery order. A 1-year warranty of construction will be required. Project minimum is $100,000 and the project maximum is $1,999,000. Project Solicitation, specifications, and drawings will be made available on or about 15 May 2006. The complete package will be made available only through the Internet: the address is http://www.fbo.gov./. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain his or her copy from the Internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on the Internet. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from the Internet to update the files. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is: 237310, the small business size standard is $31,000,000 in average annual receipts for the past 3 years. This project will be solicited as full and open to both large and small businesses with the intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract; based on Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable.
