- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for service under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Microsoft Corporation, 8050 Microsoft Way, Charlotte, NC. The sole source requirement is for Microsoft Premier Support for the Enterprise. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Interested contractors may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing by e-mail to Louis Gilden no later than 5:00PM ET on May 4, 2006, contact information is as follows: GildenL@sec.gov. Capabilities / qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
