- Description
- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 1,633 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of space to yield 1,500 Useable Square Feet (USF) of contiguous office space. Said space shall be in a secure building and meet applicable federal, state and local codes and have the potential for efficient layout. Space must be available for lease no later than October 1, 2006. The building shall be meet all Government requirements for security. DELINEATED AREA: The space will be located within the following delineated area boundaries: North – Butterfield Road; West – Naperville Road/Naper ; South – 75th St; East – Highland Avenue/Main Street (Downers Grove). REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The building must be near inexpensive and moderately priced fast food and/or eat-in restaurants that are within walking distance. Other employee services such as retail shops, cleaners, and banks shall be located within one (1) mile. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire safety and handicapped accessibility. LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years, 5 years firm. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: If you desire to submit a location for inspection, please forward information by 5:00 pm EDT, March 17, 2006. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, location of space in the building, rentable square feet offered and rentable rate per square foot (specifying services and utilities included), ANSI/BOMA defined usable square feet, and contact information for owner or authorized agent. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
