- DESCRIPTION: IQC 06100009001, 5962-01-312-9473. Approved source(s): Raytheon (4U884), Raytheon (82577), RSL (K5533), Natel (09059). All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/Rfp on its issue date of 15 May 2006. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. The quantity to be ordered and the ship sites will be specified at the time of award on delivery orders issued. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Pricing on incremental quantities is requested: 10 ea to 19 ea; 20 ea to 29 ea; 30 ea to 39; 40 ea to 49 ea; 50 ea to 74 ea; 75 ea to 100 ea. Offerors must quote pricing for each increment for each year. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the offer.
