Description

DURHAM, NH OFFICE RENOVATIONS PROJECT WITH ADDITIVE/DEDUCTIVE ITEMS. The USDA Forest Service intends to award a Sealed Bid IFB contract consisting of interior renovations, including, 1) conversion of existing storage space into six offices, 2) conversion of mailroom into a conference room, 3) upgrading the reception area, and 4) providing new mobile storage shelving. Solicitation includes all demolition and construction work as defined in the drawings and spec document, to produce a complete and fully functional product to the satisfaction of the Government. Work covers all labor, materials, and equipment, etc. The additive/deductive items include movable partitions and high-desity mobile storage shelving. This project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS at www.eps.gov o/a May 15, 2006. Those contractors NOT downloading solicitation/specs/drawings from website and need a hard copy of the drawings, solicitation and specs or any combination MUST call Sir Speedy at 610-789-2685 identifying project as DURHAM, NH OFFICE RENOVATION Project. There will be a charge and vendors are to work directly with Sir Speedy to work out payment. 20% BID Bond will be required. This project is not set-aside for small businesses; however, small businesses, HUB Zone, 8(a) and Service Disabled Veteran owned construction contractors are encouraged to submit a bid. All questions on the project are to be faxed to the Contracting Officer at least two weeks prior to the due date of the bids. Fax # is 610-557-4224.
