The purpose of this FEDBIZOPPS announcement is to amend the original announcement by Adding the following text:..... RFP # SALMEC-06-R-0045: 8(a) SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE RFP # SALMEC-06-R-0046: SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SET-ASIDE RFP # SALMEC-06-R-0047: SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE RFP # SALMEC-06-R-0048: HUB Zone SET-ASIDE RFP # SALMEC-06-R-0049: FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The above FEDBIZOPPS Announcements have been issued and are considered interrelated insofar as: During phase I, an offeror may submit individual and separate prequalification packages in the format and number of copies required for each individual advertisement listed above and as their business size category permits. The Government will evaluate each individual submission and offerors submitting multiple prequalification packages will be prequalified for each IDIQ contract acquisition process for which they are evaluated as qualified to participate in accordance with the evaluation criteria listed in each announcement...... In phase II, prequalified offerors may participate in each formal RFP acquisition for which they were prequalified. The phase II solicitations will contain evaluation and award selection criteria that indicates a prequalified offeror shall not be awarded more than one contract resulting from the five RFPs listed above. That's one contract per offeror in Phase II. For the purposes of determining the offeror, the Government will utilize the information provided in the Pamphlet, Certifications Relevant to Public Law 99-399, and for this acquisition, a formal Joint Venture agreement is consider to form an offeror entity separate and distant from the individual companies that formed the Joint Venture......
