- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the acquisition of sixteen (16) Network Analyzers, NSN 6625-01-522-2737, Part Number E5061A/100/250; sixteen (16) Type-N Calibration Kits, NSN 6625-01-522-2734, Part Number 85032F; sixteen (16) Type-N Interconnection Kits, NSN 5985-01-107-7801, Part Number 11716A; sixteen (16) Attenuators, NSN 5985-01-138-3578, Part Number 8494A/001; sixteen (16) Attenuators, NSN 5985-01-249-6037, Part Number 8496A/001; and thirty-eight (32) Type-N Cable Assemblies, NSN 5995-00-686-4683, Part Number 11500A. These items are required for on-site maintenance, fault, isolation, and system certification of the Airport Surveillance Radar 11 (ASR-11). These specific items are only known to be available from Agilent Technologies Incorporated, Englewood, Colorado. Agilent Technologies is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the network analyzer and retains the proprietary rights to the original design and technical data. The FAA does not have specifications or drawings. The contractor must have access to the OEM's specifications and drawings. Potential sources must provide documentation to the FAA showing proof of rights to use the data from the OEM. Statements that data will be obtained or that specifications or drawings will be developed are not acceptable. Only those responses providing the required documentation in response to this market survey will be considered prior to further action by the FAA.
