Description: The VA Connecticut Healthcare System intends to negotiate sole source procurement with SAS Institute, Inc., SAS Campus Drive, Cary, NC 27513, for the renewal of existing software license agreement. VA Connecticut requires this renewal to provide the continuity of clinical data trial anaylis. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302. The Government will consider all proposals received by 5/3/06. A determination based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See note22
