Description

Questions and Answers: 1. How many rooms are involved? Answer: Four rooms in two buildings (three rooms in one building and one room in the second building). 2. Is this an upgrade or a new install? Answer: Upgrade 3. Please provide the length, width, and ceiling height for each room. Answer: Three rooms are approximately 20 feet long x 30 feet wide x 10 feet high. One room is 25 feet long, 60 feet wide x 10 feet high. 4. What type of ceiling is it? If it is a drop ceiling, what is the height above the drop ceiling? Answer: Drop tile ceiling. The height above the drop ceiling is three plus feet. 5. What are the walls made of? Answer: Three rooms are drywall and one is cinder block. 6. Would you like the audio and video for each screen to be able to play separate sources at the same time? Answer: Yes 7. Would you like one central control station to operate one or all rooms? Answer: No. The customer needs one controller for three rooms and two controllers for the last room. 8. Can you explain the purpose of the use for the equipment? Is it a training room? Answer: Three training rooms and one conference room. 9. Do you want the projector and screen to be hidden in the ceiling and come down with the click of a button? Or are surface mounted projectors and screens acceptable? Answer: Hidden is required. 10. Will the contractor be responsible for the high voltage electrical installation? Answer: No. 11.
