Description

Solicitation is to produce a guidebook, CD ROM and map of Fort Benning, Georgia to provide information about the United States Army Infantry Center Fort Benning GA for the period 1 July 2006 thru 30 June 2007 with four One-Year Options. The point of contact for this action is Mr. Edson Harrington, 706-545-2251/Ms. Mary Brooks, (706) 545-2409 or e-mail at Harringtone@benning.army.mil,/ BrooksM@benning.army.mil, Sabra Boynton, Contracting Officer, (706)-545-0357. Offerors are reminded that they must b e registered and currently active with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at (http://www.ccr.gov) to be eligible for award. Work consists of publishing a guide to be known as the United States Army Infantry Center, Fort Benning Guide and Telephone Directory; a CD-ROM containing an electronic version of the Guide hereafter referred to as the CD-ROM Guide, and a Map to be known as the Fort Benning Map. All three publications are subject to the requirements of Department of Defense Instruction 5120.4. The solicitation will be available on or about 14 May 2006 on the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (http://www.acquisition.army.mil) and the Fort Benning DOC website at www.benning.army.mil/doc at no cost. It is the offerors responsibility to check the web site daily for any and all amendments to this request for this solicitation. All responsible offerors may submit a response, which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small busines s concerns. As a result of this solicitation, the Government anticipates award of a no cost agreement.
