Description: Solicitation is to furnish all plant, labor and materials and all other items necessary to publish and distribute The Bayonet, a civilian enterprise newspaper with an abbreviated version of The Bayonet on the World Wide Web (www) Fort Benning, GA for the period 1 August 2006 thru 31 July 2007 with four One-Year Options. Offerors are reminded that they must be registered and currently active with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at (http://www.ccr.gov) to be eligible for award. Work consists of publishing a weekl y newspaper, delivery to each on Post Family Quarters, bulk distribution points, establishing a www presence and maintaining an updated operational homepage. As a result of this solicitation, the Government anticipates award of a no cost agreement. The sol icitation will be available on or about 14 May 2006 on the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (http://www.acquisition.army.mil) and the Fort Benning DOC website at www.benning.army.mil/doc at no cost. It is the offerors responsibility to check t he web site daily for any and all amendments to this request for this solicitation. All responsible offerors may submit a response, which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. This requirement is unrestricted.
