PURPOSE OF SOLICITATION AMENDMENT: To incorporate Questions and Answers and to extend the offer due date and time whereby changing Block 8, of the Standard Form 1149 entitled Offer Due Date: From: 30 April 2006, 1900 Hours Local, Baghdad Time To: 4 May 2006, 1900 Hours Local, Baghdad Time 2. Response to ?Questions and Answers? are hereby provided which shall be published in www.fedbizopps.gov and www.rebuilding-iraq.net on 27 April 2006. (NOTE: SEVERAL CLIN ITEMS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED. ADJUST YOUR BID SCHEDULE ACCORDINGLY 3. Validity of Offers shall remain as 90-days and shall be from 04 May 2006. 4. No other changes are in effect. Vendors shall acknowledge receipt of this, and all amendments, by signing below and returning by email not-later-than the offer due date specified in paragraph 1 above. 5.
