Description
The Government is interested in leasing approximately 23,000 rentable sq.ft. yielding 20,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area sq.ft. of fully serviced office (to be provided as part of the rental consideration) and related space in RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC. This space is required no later than SEPTEMBER 1, 2007. The lease term is ten (10) years (5) years firm. Space must be located within or directly on the following geographic boundaries: NORTH: Cornwallis Road; EAST: S. Miami Blvd.; SOUTH: Hopson Road; and WEST: TW Alexander Drive. Unique Requirements Overview: Offers must be for contiguous space directly above or below in a quality building of sound, substantial Class ?A? construction with loading dock and location shall embody a corporate professional office park image. Industrial/warehouse sites or sites adjacent to railroads or directly in airline traffic pattern are not acceptable. Overall dimensions of the space shall provide for an efficient office layout. Columns must be at least 20 feet from any interior wall and from each other and be no more than 2 feet square.
