- Refer to numbered notes 1, 12, and 26; This solicitation is for 4 NSNs that are ordnance and accessories; solicitation number is SPM7LX-06-R-0017. This solicitation was previously issued on 24 Feb 2006and will be reopened with an amendment to extend the solicitation?s closing date to 24 May 2006 in an effort to build competition. This proposed procurement will be for a written indefinite quantity contract (IQC) and will contain an option clause to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period shall not exceed five years (base year plus 4 one year option periods). The solicitation is for a 100% total small business set-aside; The solicitation will be FOB destination and indefinite quantities will be delivered to various locations; drawings are available; the issue date is approximately 24 April 2006 and the closing date is approximately 24 May 2006; copies of the solicitation are posted to the following website on the issue date of the solicitation: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation; items with QPL requirements or component QPLs with associated specifications are listed in Section B; instructions for obtaining drawings are explained in the solicitation; this solicitation contains Colt restricted drawings, which require the offeror to submit the required forms in order to obtain those drawings, which can be found at https://dbi.dscc.dla.mil/Docs/ The NSNs are as follows: 1005-00-914-2922 1005-00-992-7299 1005-00-992-7307 1005-00-999-1509
