- This requirement was iniatially synopsized on 08 Mar 2006. The below information was inadvertently left out. The Tinker Advisory & Assistance Services Contract (TAASC) requirement is export controlled. As a result, AFMC FAR 5352.227-9000, 5352.227-9001, and 5352.227-9002 apply. In accordance with 5352.227-9001, only U.S. contractors who are registered and certified with the Defense Logistics Services Center (DLSC), Federal Center, Battle Creek MI 49017-3084 (1-800-352-3572) and have a legitimate business purpose may participate in this solicitation.
