Description: DESC: Army Contracting Center (ACA), Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) intends to procure a Labor Hour/Time and Material Contract, 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOB) Set Aside in Support of the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of D efense, Technology Support Programs & National Disclosure Policy, International Security Programs (ODUSD (TSP & NDP) ISP). The Contractor shall be responsible for providing subject matter experts to maintain and transform Foreign Disclosure Policy Trainin g, Education and Certification into the current on-line system for all DoD Components and to provide to the Service and Command Administers in monitoring their user community. Period of Performance will be a base for twelve (12) months and four (4) twelve (12) months option periods.
