- The USPFO for Oregon intends on awarding a sole source firm fixed price contract for seven (7) re-manufactured Caterpillar 3360 Reman Long Block engines to include the engine core costs on or about April 11, 2005. This procurement is in support of t he Readiness Sustainment Maintenance Site (RSMS) repair and return program which is limited to a 60 day turn around.
