- The work involves placement of concrete, asphalt, and geotextile for the repair of existing road at Colorado River Locks, East Lock Entrance Road Rehabilitationns. The estimated completion time is 45 calendar days. Estimated solicitation issue dat e is on or about 1 May 2006. The estimated cost range for this project is from $100,000.00 and $150,000.00. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990. The Small Business Size Standard is $18.5 million and will be advertised, UNRESTRICTED . Plans and specifications will not be available in paper format or on compact disc.
