Description

The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to acquire non-personal services for the Navy Personnel Command?s, Center for Career Development. The Center for Career Development requires the continued support, update and enhancement of the web based recruiting and retention applications (StayNavy/Argus tools). The period of performance is 1 October 2006 through 30 September 2007 plus four (4) one-year options. The procurement will be processed as a 100% set-aside for small business and will require the submission of both price and technical information. A Labor Hour contract is anticipated. The applicable NAICS code is 541512. The RFP will be made available electronically, upon its release, which is anticipated on or about May 15, 2006 at http://www.neco.navy.mil. All contractors must be registered (http:/www.ccr.gov) in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
