- Description
- FISC Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia Division intends to procure on an unrestricted basis non-express, domestic, small package ground shipping services for the Commander, Navy Recruiting Command, Millington, TN. The resultant contract is estimated to commence 1 Jun 06 through 30 Sep 06 and consist of options totaling 56 months for a total performance period of 60 months, if all options are exercised. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The instant acquisition shall be conducted using the test procedures at FAR Subpart 13.5. Interested vendors will be asked to submit price and technical quotations. The evaluation for contract award will consider technical more important than price. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 492110. The solicitation will be made available electronically upon its release, which is anticipated on or about 14 Apr 06 at the NECO web address: www.neco.navy.mil. Interested parties may download the RFQ from the NECO website and are solely responsible for monitoring the above-mentioned website for posting. See note: N/A Quoters must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award. See www.ccr.gov for further information and instructions. In addition, quoters are required to go-online to the Business Partner Network at http://orca.bpn.gov to complete their Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to submittal of a quotation.
