Description

Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, testing, and supervision required in performing all operations in conjunction with Project No. CSC-01506 in strict accordance with the specifications and contract drawing no. 4-465 dated March 31, 2006. Project No. CSC-01506 is for the replacement of three chillers and three cooling towers serving Building 23 at the Defense Supply Center Columbus, 3990 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43213. The mandatory period of performance to complete all work associated with this project is 300 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is unrestricted. The estimated price range of the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. See Note 26. Contractors submitting offers shall have not less than a minimum of two (2) years of work experience in having satisfactorily performed work of the type, and similar magnitude required by this project.
