- SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: 05/15/2006. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to Replace Refractory Brick at the Boiler Plant, USCG Academy, New London, CT (New London County). The work includes replacing the front wall refractory including the burner tile and support ring on one (1) Bigelow KS-20 water tube boiler. The estimated cost range of this project is $25,000 to $100,000. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 05/15/2006. The due date for receipt of quotations is scheduled for 05/31/06 at 11:00 am. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns only. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 and the size standard is $13.5 million. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
