Description
The U.S. Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration (MARAD) intends to procure marine services to provide all labor and materials needed to construct and install three brows that will be installed on an existing vehicle access pier. Brow will lead to each of our three fleet craft mooring berths more commonly referred to as finger piers. The contractor will be responsible to conduct an engineering study to determine how the brows can be safely attached to the pier and also conduct a tidal study to help determine the necessary lengths of the brows so that they can safely ride up and down on the piers during tide changes.
