Description

The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 3, is soliciting proposals for an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (ID-IQ) contract for equipment rental with operator covering three primary equipment rental needs which include (1) wetland restorations, repair of wetland restorations, and maintenance of water control structures; (2) tree removal and general earth moving, and (3) building site demolition and site reclamation. The area covered is the Detroit Lakes Wetland Management District located in the northwestern part of Minnesota. Multiple ID-IQ awards are anticipated from this announcement. The proposed contract(s) is for a base year of performance plus four option years. This solicitation is set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238910 with a corresponding small business size standard of $13.0 million. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be available approximately May 16, 2006, with proposals due on or about June 15, 2006.
