Description: NOTICE: THIS PROCUREMENT IS FOR FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The work of this contract consists of providing all materials, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to replace large stones, re-point and repair concrete retaining walls in various locations at Hot Springs National Park according to plans and specifications contained in the construction documents. The NAICS code for this project is 238140, Business Size Standard is $13 Million. Proposals will be evaluated for past experience and price, past experience will be of slightly higher value. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $100,000 and $200,000. An organized site visit will be scheduled and announced in the contract package. The Solicitation and attachments will be posted on electronic commerce on or about May 12, 2006 at the following website: http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
