PROVIDE ALL LABOR, MATERIAL, PLANT, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES, AND COORDINATION REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE WORK DETAILED IN EACH DELIVERY ORDER FOR APPLYING WALLCOVERINGS, PROTECTIVE COATINGS AND PAINTS, INCLUDING SURFACE PREPARATION AND ASSOCIATED WORK AS DESCRIBED OR AS NECESSARY. This action will be awarded as an indefinate delivery/indefinate quantity (IDIQ) contract with a basic year and four option years. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-SEP-2005).
