THIS MODIFICATION IS ISSUED TO ANNOUNCE THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DRAFT SOLICITATION POSTED ON OCTOBER 14, 2005, WITH THE OFFICIAL SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS IN FEDBIZOPPS, AS FOLLOWS: "Solicitation for Offers (SFO) Package GS-10PTE-OL-6-24," FCS-East SFO Package.pdf "Title Report for the Federal Center South East Campus," FCS-East Title Report.pdf "Site Survey of Federal Center South East Campus," FCS-East Site Survey.pdf PHASE ONE offers are due by March 17, 2006, to the Contracting Officer, James E. Doumit at General Services Administration, 915 2nd Avenue, Room 390, Seattle, WA 98174. ***************************************************************** The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest and comments from real estate developers or other interested parties wanting to participate in the ground lease – leaseback construction of an approximately 100,000 rentable square foot building on 5.4 acre parcel of Government-owned real property, at Federal Center South, East Marginal Way, Seattle, Washington. The Government will provide a 35 year ground lease term to the successful offeror, and initially lease up to fifty percent (50%) of the building at market rental rates. All construction must be in accordance with local building codes and requirements, and conform to the GSA’s Design Excellence (www.gsa.gov/designexcellence ) program. LEED-NC (LEED-CS may be considered) certification shall be required, information can be obtained at www.usgbc.org/leed.
