Description

This acquisition is to provide all personnel, labor, materials, required equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to perform the requirements of Air Traffic Controller Tower Operation services for the Coast Guard Air Station at the CG Air Station, Elizabeth City, NC location, consisting of 5000 average movements per month. Traffic patterns are 1500 feet for fixed-wing aircraft at mean sea level and 1000 feet for rotor aircraft. The period of performance is one base year, beginning 1 August 2006 through 31 July 2007, with four one-year options (1 August through 31 July). The government will issue a purchase order from this Request for Quote under FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This solicitation is issued under 100% Set Aside for Small Business Concerns IAW Far Part 19.5. The NAICS Code is 488111. The size standard is $6.0 million. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by this agency. If your offer is incomplete, it may not be considered. The quotation package shall be available electronically by accessing http://www.uscg.mil/mlclant/fdiv/fdiv.html on or about 04 May 2006, closing on or about 18 May 2006. No paper copies of the solicitation will be distributed. Amendments to the quotation will also be provided on the Internet using the same protocol listed above.
