- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a purchase order to Motorola USFGMD for NTN1712 UCM kits and software to upgrade fifty-one (51) Astro Saber portable radios. The proposed purchase order is for the upgrade of already exisiting equipment for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Motorola USFGMD in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Reguulations (FAR), Subpart 13.5. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334220. No solicitation is available. Closing date is May 12, 2006. See Note 22.
