- Description
- This announcement is for informational purposes only. The Government intends to negotiate and award a contract on a sole source basis to Forsenic Technology for provision of one IBIS remote workstation, training in Spanish and on-site installation. The US Embassy in Mexico provided two IBIS remote workstations to the Mexican Government in 2003. The additional workstation will augment the existing stations and must be from the same provider, Forensic Technology. Additionally, maintenance on the two existing workstations as well as maintenance for new workstation being procured is required for a year with four option years. Maintenance must be performed by Forensic Technology as the OEM for the Integrated Ballistics Identification System (IBIS) used in Mexico. Any interested parties in this requirement must provide information to support it ability to meet the above. This information must be received by 4 pm ET, May 5, 2006 to the attention of Mary Pat Hayes-Crow at hayes-crowmp2@state.gov.
