Description: VISN 17 is seeking Service disabled veteran owned small business providers for eyeglasses services for the catchments area of Dallas, Temple, and San Antonio. Services include lenses fabricated in accordance with the standards set forth in American National Standards for Ophthalmic lenses. Frames shall be fabricated in Accordance with the current addition American National Standards Requirements for Dress Ophthalmic frames. All Interested parties should contact via e-mail.
