- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code is 333298, Size Standard not to exceed 500 Employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KBAD6110A100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09 effective 19 Apr 06. The Government intends to award the following contract line item number(CLIN): 0001 Purchase/Install Autoclave Closed-Loop Cooling System to existing BAC48. Cooling System and Installation Scope of Work includes all of the following: Qty 1 each, Stainless Steel Water Cooling Tank?to be located witihin 15 ft of autoclaves supply and return lines. Qty 1 each, Stainless Steel Coil drain tank for BAC48. Qty 1 each, Water to Water Heat Exchanger. Qty 1 each, Main cooling pump and disconnect on tank for water recirculation between all cooling coils and water storage tank. Provide material to install and wire a motor starter for the main cooling pump described above. Provide a water level sensor and make up water solenoid for automated water level control. Provide all necessary starters, valves, and level control switches for new components. All components will be mounted on a skid as one unit for simplified installation. The government will provide a water line within 10 ft of cooling tank, and a 480vac 3phase 10amp service also installed within 10 ft.
