- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is713990, Size Standard $6.5M. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2BTBQ6101A100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-09, Effective 19 Apr 2006. The Government intends to award three contract line items number (CLIN 0001) Provide services for officiating the intramural competitive and recreational softball leagues. Scheduled games will include pre-season, regular season, playoffs, and tournaments at the varsity level. Each game will require one A.S.A Certified Softball Official to cover the 225 game schedule. QUANTITY:225 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA DESIRED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 08 May 06 ? 15 Sep 06 FOB: DESTINATION and acceptance: DESTINATION. (CLIN 0002) Provide services for scorekeeping of the intramural competitive and recreational softball leagues. Duties include keeping the official scorebook for each game played and operating the electronic scoreboard on the field. Scheduled games will include preseason, regular season, playoffs, and tournaments at the varsity level. Each game will require one Contractor Certified Softball Scorer to cover the 225 game schedule. QUANTITY:225 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA, DESIRED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 08 May 06 ? 15 Sep 06 FOB: DESTINATION and acceptance: DESTINATION. (CLIN 0003) Softball team association registrations. Contractor is required to register each team in the American Softball Association (ASA). QUANTITY: 22, UNIT OF MEASURE: EA, DESIRED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 08 May 06 ? 15 Sep 06 FOB: DESTINATION and acceptance: DESTINATION.
