- Description
- The General Services Administration seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 4,901 rentable square feet in El Paso, Texas within the following designated area: The boundaries are as follows: Space shall be located within the Central Business District of El Paso, Texas. The space should yield between 3,169 to 4,225 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for 5 years firm, and should be fully serviced, including all services supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements which will be provided in consideration of rental to be paid, and must yield sufficient parking for employees and visitors. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 26, 2007. A minimum of 12 secured parking spaces is required, and underground parking is not acceptable. Space must contiguous on one floor and be located above ground floor. The offered space must meet GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. The Government reserves the right to approve the design and will require its design excellence standards be achieved. Moving expenses will be heavily considered in Offerors proposals. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than May 15, 2006, and should include the following information: street address and building name, if applicable; square footage offered, name, address and phone number of individual to be contacted; and evidence of authority to represent the owner.
